What are the general problems in the process of CNC vertical lathe test?
The test failures of CNC vertical vehicles generally have the following:
- Hot
That is, the temperature rises too fast, so that the temperature value exceeds the maximum limit of the specified value, and even a bad phenomenon such as smoking occurs.
- Vibration
It means that the vibration amplitude of the fuselage and its moving parts exceeds the specified allowable range and becomes abnormal.
- Abnormal sound
Abnormal sound refers to the impact sound, friction sound or impact sound inside the vertical lathe.
- Crawling and impact movement
It mainly appears on the guide rail of the sliding friction surface, mainly when the movement speed is slow, fast, or short-term stop and sudden advance. The speed is uneven and there is no regularity.
- Gear disintegration
The main reason is that the metal breaks the sound and the transmission part produces a periodic abnormal sound.
